Support for New Teachers
Support designed specifically for early career educators. If you are within the first three years of your career as an educator and you are seeking support, you are in the right place.
The Columbia REN can support schools, districts, or teams who want to develop a system to support the professional learning of new teachers to increase skill and teaching practices . This project can be individualized for teacher and district needs and priorities. Participating districts will work with a design coach to develop a testable project.
Cohort Capacity: 2-3 schools or districts. The Columbia REN is prioritizing districts/schools who are able to embed the learning into current district/school structures, and who want to plan for future sustainability.
