The Columbia Regional Educator Network, through a regional and equitable approach, prioritizes and enhances educators' access to professional learning and support while recognizing our unique needs and leveraging our regional strengths.

The goal of the Columbia Regional Educator Network is to transform how we support educators by elevating educator voice to identify and prioritize systemic changes in recruitment, preparation, supports, professional growth and career advancement.
