Belonging Through a Culture of Dignity - Book Study

Through a process that couples awareness and action to operate in tandem, participants learn to co-create healthy school and classroom cultures that honor dignity and nurture belonging through three structures: interpersonal, institutional, and instructional. They walk away with a framework and a plan, knowing exactly what it takes to address educational disparities by creating the conditions that help all students and staff
members thrive.

**Cohort Capacity: 40 total participants (REN will prioritize building or district teacher teams)

This book study will consist of weekly book study and collaborative reflection sessions with author and team leads (alternating weeks).

Sessions with the author(s) will be held on Jan 12, Jan 26, Feb 9, Feb 23, and Mar 9, 2023 4:30 - 6:30 PM. Inter Sessions with local teams and a local team lead will be planned to best suit the needs of each team.
