Build foundational equity literacy to increase our learning and reinforce what we know and consider for our organizations. Identify and generate actions related to common inequities in organizations. Learn and practice conversations centered on equity using the tools and practices of Transformational Coaching. Boost our courage for working with triggers and having conversations centered on equity.
Instructional Coaches, Teacher Leaders, Mentors, Administrators, and/or District Equity Leaders. The Columbia REN is prioritizing districts/schools who are able to embed the learning into current district/school structures, and who want to plan for future sustainability.
