Identify ways to explore and shift beliefs in a coaching conversation.
Deepen your will and commitment to interrupt, and build your resilience to do so.
Target Audience:
Instructional Coaches, Teacher Leaders, Mentors, Administrators, and/or District Equity Leaders. The Columbia REN is prioritizing districts/schools who are able to embed the learning into current district/school structures, and who want to plan for future sustainability.
Prerequisite:
We highly recommend that you first participate in The Art of Coaching 101 workshop, Coaching for Equity 101, or another one of our learning experiences.
Dates:
November 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 17 (8 am - 10 am) and additional implementation sessions to be determined by district teams.
