Intercultural Competency Deveopment

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) serves as a structure for assessing intercultural competency and a framework for personal and collaborative learning opportunities. In partnership with CGESD and Coaching Leaders, the Columbia REN is supporting district and school based teams in using the IDI as a tool to guide intercultural competency development. Schools and districts in this project benefit from a regional team of qualified administrators of the IDI and may benefit from regional professional learning opportunities.
